If you just received your trinket and it`s not as your expectation, you can return it within 14 days timeframe, since the delivery date.
You can return a product via any delivery service of your choice, with the mention that you will pay the delivery fees. Please use the return form, informing us about your return intention and we will provide you the shipping address.
The returned trinket(s) must be shipped in the exact same state as received: wrapped in the original package, with all the accessories and flyers received.
A returned trinket will not be accepted if: present scratches, it`s broken, missing the string (pendant case), missing or broken hooks (earring case), missing or broken clips (brooch cases), it is washed or it is heavily used.
If the returned trinket(s) met the return condition, the money will be returned, in a maximum of 14 days, in the same account from where the payment was made (Card, Bank, or Paypal).
